Quick and Easy Korean Folded Gimbap Sandwich Recipe
Want to try cooking Korean food for your loved ones at home? Today Foodbuzz would like to introduce you to the Folded Gimbap Sandwich recipe that everyone can make at home during this quarantine.
#Ingredients:
- Slices of Pâté (optional)
- 1 big Seaweed Sheet
- 1 Egg
- 1 small bowl of Steamed Rice
- 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- Kimchi (optional)
#How to make:
- cook the Pâté without adding any cooking oil.
- Crack the egg onto the pan and cook it until it is well done.
- Lay out the Seaweed sheet and make a cut in the middle of the sheet for folding. (do not cut the seaweed all the way).
- Place the steamed rice and sliced green onion at the bottom left of the seaweed sheet.
- Put the fried Spam meat at the top left of the seaweed sheet.
- Put the cheddar cheese at the top right of the seaweed sheet.
- Place the fried egg at the bottom right of the seaweed sheet and add Kimchi on top of the rice.
- Gently fold all the ingredients together to create layers of the sandwich.
- Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap to keep the shape, slice it open and enjoy.
