One of the unique burger stores in Phnom Penh, myBurgerLab, is back at it again with their creativity in food! If you remember last year, they introduced the Heng Heng burger that came with a peppery-spicy patty.

This year, they’re bringing back Heng Heng but at another new level! Pink beetroot buns, golden onion ring, fried garlics, iceberg lettuce, juicy patties, and Pepsi sauce!

We at FoodBuzz are very lucky again to get to try it out early. First bite into it and we already liked it a lot. If you’re a sweet tooth (not necessarily), this burger is for you! The beetroot buns and Pepsi sauce mix in together very well, combined with the juiciness from the patty, it’s a chewy bite you crave for more!

Not ended yet, the onion rings and lettuce inside gave the burger some crispiness for your mouth! For 4.5$, the burger is available in 2 kind of patties; beef and chicken. Hint: the chicken patty is made of chicken thigh, not breast.
