Chances are you have already read quite a handful of articles on Mo-Mo-Paradise from us but what you have yet to read is a soup recommendation based on what you like so today, FoodBuzz is here to do just that for you!
So, find out what might just by your type of soup below!
Shabu Shabu: take inspiration from Chinese hot pot, this clear soup is a soup for everyone because it’s basic and delicious. And with its being simply delicious, you can indulge in it even more and it allows you to add more condiments to better suit your taste and here at Mo-Mo-Paradise, you have two options of sauces: Gumadare and Ponzu sauces. Gumadare is a thicker, aromatic sesame-based sauce whereas Ponzu is citrus-based soy sauce, best for those who love to add spring onion, chili or garlic in their sauce.
Sukiyaki: the OG Japanese hot pot, traditionally served at year-end family gatherings. This dark-colored soup is stronger in flavors and comparably sweeter and this is why you’re recommended to add more water to it when the soup gets a little dried up. Best eaten with thinly sliced beef and mushrooms, its accompanying sauce is a beaten pasteurized egg. The egg sauce tones down the intensity and sweetness of the soup and add a delicious, creamy coat of egg to the shimmered beef slice and you won’t be able to get enough of it! Recommended for those who like intense flavors and also don’t mind the soup being a little sweet instead of savory!
Wafu Mushroom: another dark-colored soup but with bits of mushroom floating all over. Packed with proteins, potassium, Vitamin C, iron and many other nutrients, this soup is also slightly intense in flavors and aroma thanks to the mushroom and especially good in helping ease the abdominal cavity and toxins. If you love mushroom and intense flavors, this is for you!
Wafu Kimchi: spicy and sour in flavors thanks to the Kimchi, this vibrant red soup is packed with fiber properties and low calories so no worries about weight gain! Perfect for those who like sweating just a little more than others eating soup because this will do just that for you!
Wanna take a guess which one is FoodBuzz’s favorite? None other than the Sukiyaki! Because with Mo-Mo-Paradise’s extra fine selection of high quality, imported meat (Wagyu beef included!), we simply can never get enough of the otherworldly deliciousness!
Don’t forget the Taste of Japan “Asahi Super Dry” to perfect your lunch or dinner gathering! The scrumptious Japanese soup with Japan’s No.1 beer is a heavenly combination.
If you’re still indecisive on which soup to choose, opt for the twin-pot and enjoy two choices of soup simultaneously and also enjoy free-flow of meat, veggies, drinks and more for buffet option!
