Arriving at the entrance, you will start to feel the peace and calmness of this restaurant located in a tropical flower park. Walking through the place, you can see a number of lovely wooden kjosh (cottage) beautifully-arranged to welcome the guests. 

If you have reserved your seats in advance, you will be more likely to get the chance to enjoy your meal on the most-wanted space, which is on a well-built and charming bamboo boat floating on the Roluos river. 

Adding to its attractive designs done by local people in the community, making the best use of fresh nature around the area, the Hut is also known for its tasty food, recognized by both national and international guests. 

One of their best-sellers is the set of roasted chicken with salt-grilled fish served with refreshing organic veggies as well as their signature sauces. The one we love the most was the shrimp paste, you may get obsessed with it too if you do not mind its smelt.

Regarding the grilled fish, the Khmer noodle will be served too so that you can easily make a great mix of your preferred vegetables and sauce for your big yummy bite.

Another one is Teuk Kreung, which is based on the recipe of people in Battambang province. The incredibly delicious taste with the great combination of every type of taste in one bowl did surprise us so much. You must try this one too!
