Most Siem Reap residents are already familiar with a food stall named Phak Lov 168. It is having an appearance in this big ancient city for almost 30 years already, but guesses not many have known that their second branch had just recently opened and more options for breakfast and dinner. 

Local people have loved the Roasted Pork Rice and Braised Pork Rice, and it became the best-selling breakfast menu ever since the first day of the food store opened. Each serving consists of a bowl of rice, their homemade roasted and braised meat cooked with the use of their family recipe, plus their signature yummy sauce along with a hot bowl of tasty soup. You may select any of your favorite drinks to have with it too. If you favor bread-based dishes, you can get one whole piece or just half of it with only 3,500R/split-half piece. 

In case you miss out on the morning shift, you still get to try some of their dishes as light snacks, supper, or even dinner. There are a few options to select - such as Khmer noodle, Banh Hoi, Banh Song, Fresh Spring Rolls. It’s incredibly delicious to have their newly-roasted meat with fresh vegetables and sweet and sour fish sauce. A set like this does create a perfect combination. 

Another recommended set should be the best one for drinkers to enjoy a great mix of a different kind of meat with some fresh cucumber slices and must-have hoisin sauce.
