Fancy an Omakase Sushi Sashimi Valentine’s Day Date at NiGiRi Lab?

February aka the MONTH OF LOVE is here! And we know just what you are looking for in this month, some novel and exciting romantic spots to take your significant other as a way of professing your love, isn’t it? Looks like FoodBuzz got just the spot for you today, read on!

Located in the famed Toul Tom Pong area, NiGiRi Lab not only serves Sushi and Sashimi in an intriguing Omakase-style but also offers the largest available daily selections of fresh Sushi in town so make sure you are ready for the pleasure that is as much visual as gustatory.

The Sushi course we decided on consists of 10 kinds of fresh Sushi, Omakase style (meaning “I’ll leave it up to you” in Japanese. Hence, selected by the chef based the freshest available fish and seafood on the day), multiple delicious starters and dessert. However, make sure that you tell your chef in advance if you have any food allergies so they know what to avoid serving you.

Presenting one piece at a time with care and in balance portions, every mouthful of the sushi is an explosion of (almost-otherworldly) flavor only achievable by skills honed by years of practice and use of the freshest of ingredients.

Slender fingers moving in unison and with such precision, the images of the chef skillfully live-making the dishes before your eyes will be engraved in your memory and before long, the course will come to an end but this Sushi meal will be an experience like none other you’ve had before.

Such an experience wouldn’t be fully complete without an icy cold Asahi Beer to elevate the unmatched taste and freshness of the Sushi so cheer!
