Lamb hot pot is known as Mongolian hot pot which is originated in Mongolia and the most popular meal throughout the world. It consists of a simmering metal pot with broth and all raw ingredients place at the center of a table, so people can add and cook whatever they like in the broth making it a perfect meal for family gathering or friend reunion.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot has an assortment of broths to choose from, along with meat priced a la carte. With the 4 choices of broth - Sour, Spicy, Ginseng and tomato - diners can order half portions of two broths for the best of both worlds.

Walking into Happy Lamb Hot Pot, you can expect all manner of meat, fish and vegetable to dunk in your hot pot. You’ll be able to choose from beef, paper thin strips of lamb shoulder, and tenderness of duck blood curd. Further options include meatballs, seafood, mushrooms, tofu, noodles and dumplings, and there are side dishes like Scallion Pancakes, Garlic Chives Cake, and grilled lamb ribs. Each dish won’t disappoint you as we have tried them and they are amazing.

Despite providing an attentive service, the sauce would require you to get it yourself. With an array of sauce lining up at the sauce counter such as chopped onion, garlic, coriander, chili, fermented bean curd, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and sesame paste - you can ask the staff for help if you are not sure how to mix them. 

The magic of hot pot is not only found in the tasty and nutritional value of the food but also very much in the socializing experience surrounded by your favorite people while you are dipping and cooking the meat and vegetable in the hot boiling broth in front of you.
