A newly opened restaurant serving Korean cuisines has appeared in the heart of our Phnom Penh city. Running by a Korean owner, Fry Dry Donkasu Korea has a cosy and comfortable ambience with soft Korean music playing in the background and cute vibrant decoration.

The restaurant offers a diverse menu of food, drink and dessert.  The food menu consists of Donkasu (Korean fried pork cutlet), Omelette rice, Kimchi Fried Rice, Ramen, Egg Roll, Fried Shrimp, Fried Dumpling, shake it Rice, Fish cake soup, Kimchi Pancake and many more. As for drinks, there are Soju collection which can be mixed with fresh fruit like watermelon, orange or yogurt. There is always room for dessert, right? So, don’t miss out their fluffy Korean pancakes with ice cream on top!

During our first visit, we tried out their Donkasu and Shake it Rice. Our food arrived shortly after, and we quickly took the first bite. Donkasu came with rice, crispy fried pork cutlet and shredded cabbage; as for Shake it Rice, it was served in a lunch box with rice, sausage, kimchi, and a fried egg, sprinkling with seaweed. We were quite satisfied with the savory taste and generous portion of both dishes, not to mention it was affordable as well. Right after we almost finished our food, their boss came and asked whether the food was to our liking and any feedback for improvement. Such a high level of dedication!
