Our team at FoodBuzz recently visited a Park Café at Sonthormok, the regulation and sanitation were impressive and every step was done with precision and caution, ensuring a safe and sound environment! We were greeted with a warm welcome and well-lit natural environment, decorated in a modern Khmer manner which is the essential inspiration for the menu at Park Café. 

We got to savor the taste of Dry Noodle Topped with Deep-fried Soft-Shell Crab. The elastic texture of noodles provides a layer of texture contrast with the crispy crunchy crab which is the star of this new dish. Taste-wise, the dry noodle has a hint of egg taste and aroma to accompany the crab which results in an undeniably delicious dish. Customers are provided the option of adding beansprout as a garnish to this dish! 

The dish also comes with a side soup dumpling that can act as both a meal to accompany the main dish or as an appetizer you can enjoy before starting the meal. That’s not all, the new seasonal dish comes with an extra benefit which a special discount on their famed Iced Coffee, made with local product, local taste, and a traditional Khmer brewing technique! This selection of ingredients and technique results in a fine version of the coffee taste locals are already familiar with.
