Coffee has been popular in Cambodia and new coffee shops appear almost everyday. We love to introduce you to D.E.S. Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee shop situated in Toul Kork.

Let’s start off with their Interior! This is undoubtedly the aspect that instantly caught our attention in the first place. The modern touch and sophisticated design lift up the spirits throughout the store. It creates a suitable space for a meetup and quality time with mutual friends and family.

Their specialty in coffee has branched out to develop their own Signature beverages. For specific instance, the ‘’D.E.S. Cambo Coffee’’, a recreation of traditional coffee with Malva nut straight from Pailin province. ‘’Affogato with Nitrogen Ice Cream’’ and ‘’Peach Coffee’’ which typically recommend you to give it a try.

With their own roaster in-store and high-quality raw beans, the shops consistently produce the finest and freshest coffee blend in each cup they served. It can be considered as one of the worthiest places in town to get brews. Filtered coffee is served in various methods from Pour-over, to Syphone and 4 different selections of blends.

Additionally, non-coffee drinks options range from Cold-Brewed Fruit Tea to Ginger Ale Soda and many more.

D.E.S. presents an additional focus on excellent quality and flavorful dishes, perfect for either Brunch or Dinner. We really love their elevated dishes such as Salmon with Avocado sauce and Kuy Teav Phnom Penh (breakfast serves from 7AM – 12PM). Vegetarian dishes are available!
