Food operates as an expression of cultural identity and today FoodBuzz would like to introduce you to Greek cuisine - the cuisine that comes from a long history country. It ain't new for those who love to try out foods from different regions. And we will bring you to one of the best Greek restaurants that spread out the fame from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh - Elia Greek Kitchen

Elia Greek Kitchen is one of the famous spots that serve an authentic and genuine taste of Greek food where it is located in Bassac Lane. Many Greek Foods have been served years ago. Most dishes are used with olive and olive oil which is the original recipe of Greek culture and tradition.

All dishes are cooked and prepared upon the customer’s order which still preserved the hearty freshness and deliciousness of foods to customers. Authenticity and Quality are guaranteed. We have recommended 4 different dishes which are the best sellers in the restaurant. Mixed Dips, Pita bread that has a creamy texture along with a little cheesiness. Pita bread is served with 6 different dipping sauces, but the most recommended one is Beetroot dip which contains a sweet-sour texture.

Greek Salad, is perfect for those who love eating vegetables. There’s cucumber, bell peppers, onion, parsley, and olive together with extra olive virgin old, a bit salty and tangy and sour. Mixed Meats Platter, a platter which serves many kinds of meats such as Kitchen Skewer, Australian Beef Skewer, Australian ribeye meatball, Homemade sausage along with fries, Pita bread, and dipping sauces. The Platter was bigger than what I expected.

Gyros Meats is Greek food that has similarities to chicken wrap but uses flat pita bread wraps with lettuce and meat of choice (Chicken, keftedes, or Australian ribeyes) and served to you with homemade fries. Gyros have a little bit of plain taste which is perfect for those who don’t like to season their foods much. Homemade Lemonade is also the best and most ordered drink with the sweet-sour taste and herby from Mint leave.

If you’re looking to try different regional foods, Elia Greek Kitchen, Greek foods may be a good option too.
