The location we are introducing today has been in this “dry noodle” business for over a decade, and it is only getting more and more popular everyday as words spread. Renowned for serving freshly handmade noodles every morning, this dry noodle place tucked away in an alley on Sokhok street is well loved by the locals and those who have come to fall in love with the exquisite, irreplaceable freshness of the noodle here.

For your soup choice, you may choose beef, pork, beef meatball, offal, fish meatball, flat pork nuggets or seafood. They serve just about everything you ever want with your dry noodle.

Tip: Go early if you don’t want to wait because usually by 8:30-9:00, the alley is packed with customers and motorbikes parking. And just order double noodle! Because you’ll end up emptying the bowl in minutes and wanting more if not. Vehicle options? No parking space for car so it’s best to go by motorbike ;)
