Ingredients:
Instant noodle (1 packet)
Noodle soup powder (1 packet)
Noodle oil (1 packet)
Preserved sweet soybean (2 tablespoons)
Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
Soy sauce marinade (3 tablespoons)
Soy sauce marinated egg (1 egg)
Egg yolk (1 yolk)
Water (600ml)
Milk (150ml)
Minced garlic (1 tablespoon)
Fried shallots (1 tablespoon)
Green onions (1 tablespoon)
White sesame seeds (garnish)
How to do:
1. Let’s start by making the soup base. Add in preserved sweet soybean, noodle soup powder, noodle oil, and vegetable oil. Then add in soy sauce marinade, water, and finally milk. Mix together until combined and then bring the mixture to a boil.
2.Now let’s move on to boiling our instant noodles. Bring some water to a boil and then put in the noodles. Cook until al dente.
3. Finally, let’s put it all together. Take our noodles and put them into a bowl. Add in minced garlic, fried shallots, and green onions along with our soup.
4. Cut the soy sauce marinated egg in half and place it on top along with the egg yolk. Garnish with some sesame seeds to make the dish even more appertizing.
