●       Crispy Chicken Mid Joint Wing: this dish is an Asian style crispy marinated chicken with mouth-watering flavors and tender chicken. To add to the flavor, you can enjoy it with a sour-spicy Thai style dipping sauce.

●       Lobster Cappuccino: Lobster is a valued delicacy. Only when cooked right, can the flavor of lobster truly shine. In this dish, the crispy lobster is presented with a cup of silky-smooth lobster broth and shellfish froth. This combination blends the flavor of lobster with a rich broth to please your palette.

●       Pulled Pork Burger: with Slow-cooked Iberico Pork with Fried Mantou Bun, Kimchi, Tomatoes, Lettuce, BBQ Sauce, and Mayo; the Pulled Pork Burger is a good representation of what COLLIN’S is capable of. This dish features a western-style pulled pork, Korean Kimchi, Chinese Mantou Bun, and Japanese Mayo.

●       Iberico Pork Belly Confit: Iberico Pork is a quality cut of meat. When seated properly, as we can see in this dish, the pork provides a lump of juicy meat with delightfully crispy skin. When enjoying the crispy pork belly with Khmer-style fried rice, don’t forget to savor it with the side papaya salad for the best exquisite taste.

●       Spicy Harissa Prawns and Spanish Chorizo: this dish is a punch of flavor. The boldness of Harissa pairs perfectly well with prawns and sauteed Spanish Chorizo to concoct a dish with pleasant savory and acidity that’s best enjoyed with aromatic garlic bread.
