Chinese stinky tofu has been gaining popularity these days and that’s too bad for people who can’t stand the smell but want to give it a try. You’re in luck because Cookbuzz found this new Chinese Fried Tofu recipe that is delicious and smells appetizing! 

Ingredients:

Tofu, parsley, garlic leaves

Sauce (Soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, fresh chili, sesame seeds)

Pickled Bamboo Shoots (Bamboo shoots, fresh pepper, garlic, sugar, MSG, lime)

Chinese Soup (Sichuan soup base, MSG, sugar, soy Sauce, fresh milk)

How to do:

1. Sauce Ingredients: Add soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, fresh chili, sesame seeds and stir well.

2. Pickled Bamboo Shoots Ingredients: Add bamboo shoots, fresh peppers, minced garlic, sugar, MSG, lime, mix it for about 5 to 10 minutes or overnight even more delicious.

3. Chinese soup Ingredients: Boil about 1 liter of water and put Sichuan soup base, sugar, MSG, soy sauce, finally add fresh milk to boil.

4. Cut the tofu into small pieces and fry until lightly browned.

5. Prepare the dishes, such as: fried tofu, pickled bamboo shoots, garlic leaves, parsley, pure with your favorite sauce, finally add Chinese Sichuan soup, when eating, do not forget to stir well to eat.
