Chez Shige is a bakery selling Japanese-style desserts made by a Japanese pastry chef.

Chez Shige serves a wide variety of elegant-looking, well-prepared pastries with different flavors ranging from chocolate to strawberries to matcha.

Strawberry Tart was one of my favorites at Chez Shige! With the crusty crust being so evenly browned, firm filling, crushed nutty groundnuts, and lightly sugar-coated strawberries, this Strawberry Tart is just a meeting of flavors and textures.

Cha Cha Cha is my ultimate favorite! When I took the first bite, it instantly felt like a group of flavors and textures melting on my tastebuds! The matcha is premium and gives off the real taste of umami, soft and mildly earthy, just bites of heaven!

Chez Shige also imports their own strawberries therefore, strawberries are promised to be fresh and more affordable!  

Chez Shige also sells a bunch of other desserts with coffee to sip with the sweet treats.
