The Olympic Stadium is known not just as a stadium but also as a place full of delicious food and snacks. This Cambodian Sandwich stall, which used to be located inside of the Olympic Stadium, has been in business for 15 years. Funny story here, it used to be one of the most favorite snacks for those who went there to exercise or work out but ended up eating right after their exercises. Looking back, I used to laugh at my brother for that because the Cambodian Sandwich from here is his favorite.

Despite having been selling for 15 years, the original deliciousness is still and always maintained well. Each day, 250-300 of these Cambodian Sandwiches are sold to both regular buyers and first-timers. He said he had lost some of his previous regular customers back in the stadium after relocating so if you were a regular, he is now located just outside the stadium in front of Cambodia Post Bank. 

The Cambodian Sandwiches from this shop are stuffed with braised pork bellies, Pate, and especially, the canned fish broth, topped with chewy pickled papaya and optional chili sauce. Sounds mouthwatering already, right? I strongly recommend you try, you will just keep wanting more and more! Each bread (2 halves) costs $1.75!
