BorBor Phek consists of various veggies that are cooked in their fragrant soup and then is topped with some cooked snail as the main meat for the bowl. This porridge tastes and smells just like Somlor Proher, with fragrant warm soup and veggies to add textures, this porridge is just the perfect bowl to comfort your tummy.
