Make Bulgogi with a twist of Cambodian taste with us!

Looking for an easy dinner or lunch recipe? Why not try Korean Bulgogi which takes only around 20 minutes to make and the outcome? Delicious until you won't get enough of it!

Ingredients

1. Sugar (3 tbsp)
2. Korean Chilli Flakes (4 tbsp)
3.Cooking White Wine (3 tbsp)
4. Dark Soy Sauce (6 tbsp)
5. Minced Garlic (2 tbsp)
6. Chopped onion (0.5 to 1 onion)
7. Beef (0.5kg)
8. Spring Onion (To your liking)

Recipe 

1. First off, make our sauce by mixing sugar, Korean chilli flakes, cooking white wine, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped onion until the consistency is smooth and thorough

2. Put the beef into the sauce and thoroughly mix 

3. Heat up a pan and put a dash of cooking oil
4. Pour in the beef mixture 
5. Stir-fry until the beef is well-cooked
6. Top off with some spring onions and turn off the heat
7. Plate the bulgogi with some lettuce, chopped garlic, green chillies and sprinkle some sesame seeds to add some fragrance! 

This recipe has a twist of Cambodian taste and is very easy to make! You can make it for lunch or dinner in a blink of an eye and have your whole day made!
