Bay Srorb or Grilled Marinated Pork Rice has always been a very popular breakfast amongst all age groups of Cambodia. However, this 20-year-old restaurant has the unique creativity to sell Bay Srorb at night to serve those who have late-night Bay Srorb cravings. I was just as surprised to hear that they sell Bay Srorb at night as some other locals!

This place is mainly named “Bay Srorb all night” and they serve Bay Srorb with various meat options like grilled chicken, pork, braised offal, eggs that are topped off with a drizzle of stir-fried pork spring onion oil and paired with some pickled cucumbers, marigold-orange sweet fish sauce and a small bowl of warm comforting soup. Prices range from $1.5 to $3.75 depending on your meat option.

This business is going so well that they sell up to 200-300 plates of Bay Srorb daily during this critical pandemic. Way before Covid, 500-600 plates were sold consistently every day!
