For grilled Banh Trang, the seller uses a lot of ingredients, such as meatballs, boiled duck eggs, corn, garlic, and so on. As soon as she poured the ingredients on top of the rice paper, we could smell the aroma immediately which made us crave it. It doesn't stop there!

Once she's done grilling the Banh Trang, she cuts it into small pieces and then places it into the plastic box. After that, she adds chili sauce, and mayonnaise and she also sprinkles crab meat before serving it.

When you eat the grilled Banh Trang, combined with the sauce and crab meat together, it is very tasty. We can guarantee that you cannot stop eating after the first bite.

Apart from Banh Trang, she also sells grilled bread, so for those of you who do not like to eat grilled Banh Trang, you can order her grilled bread instead. For her grilled bread, the ingredients are similar to the grilled Banh Trang, except she tops it with dried shrimp, fried garlic, crab meat, pork rolls, duck egg, and corn.
