When one thinks of Japan, coffee might be not top of mind as there are a lot of things Japan is known for, starting from green tea, matcha to sushi, sukiyaki and more…but coffee? Not really. 

However, for any coffee enthusiast who loves trying new café shops and keeping up with the international coffee trend, one might notice right away that the % logo is representative of % Arabica that was first established in 2014 in the historic city of Tokyo, Japan and since then has grown massively. % Arabica is currently operating 58 branches in 14 countries worldwide including Cambodia. 

Stepping our foot into the Cambodia flagship store located on the ground floor of Vattanac Capital building, we couldn’t help diverting our attention to the abundance of % pasted on everywhere from the coffee cups, coffee machine, store decoration, merchandises to almost any white or solid-colored surface. Our first impression was of course we were thoroughly impressed with the consistency of the minimalist aesthetics and how Instagrammable everything is (even the syrup cup!).

 

We opted to try % Arabica signature drinks which are their Caffe Latte and Matcha Latte. With their coffee beans roasted daily in-house, we could really taste the fresh aroma of the roast in our cup of Hot Caffe Latte and % Arabica also offers a wide range of blends from various coffee farms all over the world including their very own farms as well.

For non-coffee drinkers or Matcha enthusiasts, Iced Matcha Latte will be your cup of tea. Authentic, Japanese, and 100% Instagrammable~!
