When you heard about Hard Rock Cafe, you might have seen in somewhere before in Cambodia. Of course, Hard Rock Cafe Angkor first appeared since 2014 in Cambodia at Siem Reap City. Surprisingly, this modern and classic Cafe is now rocking out in the capital city of Cambodia.

Today, I want to you show you that Hard Rock Cafe Phnom Penh is not only just a Cafe that you have known but also an exquisite restaurant and bar that is perfectly fit for you and your people.

Believe it or not, Hard Rock Cafe Phnom Penh owns two floors of Exchange Square building with private elevator, comfort seats, equips with air-con everywhere and Wi-Fi access that allows you to bring your 270 closest friends just to fit in one same room. (Sounds like a perfect plan for a close party?)

Ground floor of Hard Rock Cafe still remains its own unique design tee for customers that are specially imported and designed for Cambodia. Also, a place where to kill your times, enjoy an outdoor night bar with well-trained bartenders to serve you amazing taste of cocktails with DJ live music to make you feel supreme. Not to mention about their decoration on both floors, surrounding by a huge collection of Guitars, Drums, Classic CD tracks and famous outfits from all-time well-known celebrities and musicians.

So, when are we going to talk about the most important part? Which is the food. Definitely the food.

Now that we start talking about it, the smell of “Shrimp Fajita” still alluring me by the time I’m writing this article. Fresh shrimp burning in a hot fire, place on your table and you still can see the fire on top of the plate. Here’s the way how to eat it: put the shrimp on the wrapper, add a bit of vegetable and dressing then put into your mouth at one bite. Once the taste melting, filling your mouth, you will be caught by surprise.

To all Burger lovers, you wouldn’t like to miss this one. “Legendary Burger”, an original taste from America, the burger that started it all! A juicy 1/2-lb burger topped with smoked bacon, Cheddar cheese, golden fried onion ring, crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato.

Awesome right? We beg you will love it. Starts from $12 to $13.50, the portion will be more than enough to fill your tummy. Worth it, trust us!

Probably, you sit somewhere thinking about what does a steak in New York City taste like? What if we told you that, you don’t have to go all the way to New York City? Because Hard Rock Cafe is where you can have “New York Strip Steak” with a very authentic taste.

Fire-grilled big and juicy ‘USDA choice’ graded beef, topped with herb butter add mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, does this sound like a dream to you yet? Starts from $22 for 6oz and $29 for 8oz of beef.

Other than lots and lots of meats, Hard Rock Cafe do have something healthy available on their menu as well. “Cobb Salad”, a mixed greens topped with grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red onions and cheddar cheese. Starts from $9 to $12.50.

If you haven’t found any good Nachos in Phnom Penh yet, probably you should come and try this “Classic Nachos” at Hard Rock Cafe.

Tortilla chips piled high and layered with three bean mix and many more. Starts from $16.90, comes with a full, big plate. Surely, you cannot finish it all alone so bring your friends with you.

Last but not least, the starters. We love bringing the starter at last. Why? Because we would stay in the restaurant till late night. A great tip huh? “Jumbo Combo” with our favorite Cocktails, just eat and talk. It’s going to be a very long night. “Jumbo Combo” gives you a collection of most popular appetizers: signature wings, onion rings, Tupelo chicken tenders, Southwest spring rolls and bruschetta. Affordable if you consider on the portions, and you can eat up to 4 people.

Wait, we haven’t finished talking yet. Read on. Starts from $5 to $7.50 for a glass of cocktail. “HURRICANE” is definitely one of my favorite on the menu.

But lots of us would love to have different shades of color so we ordered “BAHAMA MAMA”, “MAI TAI ONE ON” in order to take good photos. No good food and drinks could be gone without being on our Instagram feeds and stories.

And a promising Live Band starts from 8 PM every nights, make sure to drop by and catch up. Just chilling, singing along and enjoying the night, Hard Rock Cafe definitely should be on your to-visit list
