Tiramisu is not a common dessert among Cambodians despite its classy and elegant taste. Today, FoodBuzz would like to introduce you all to an online-based tiramisu  shop called Ah-Girl 杂货 that sells homemade tiramisu in two flavors which are Classic and Berrymisu. Ah-Girl 杂货 was started by the love for desserts especially, Tiramisu that was very hard to find good ones in Phnom Penh.

Classic Tiramisu has a very elegant taste. Every element combined together creates a subtly sweet taste with a nice touch of coffee fragrance from the soaked ladyfingers and the smooth mascarpone cream that adds airiness to the bites. Our Tiramisu was put out of the fridge for a bit too long prior to eating so the ladyfingers became a bit mushy leading the textures of the Tiramisu to change a bit so do refrigerate the Tiramisu well before indulging! 

Berrymisu is a berry-based Tiramisu that is topped generously with glossy berry jam creating a very attractive look to the eyes. This Berrymisu has a refreshing taste, most suitable for sour taste lovers! There are layers of mascarpone cream but it does not overpower the sour berry taste at all which is very nice! 

The desserts are made from high-quality ingredients and are only available on the weekends! So do book it in advance before the batches end!
